Tool limitations
The tools help you think through flat gift ideas, letter prompts, envelope safety, and a small browser game. They do not inspect a real envelope, calculate official postage, confirm customs rules, buy postage, create shipping labels, or mail items for you.
Content ownership
The site content, layout, and original tools are provided for personal planning use. Do not copy the site content into another publication without permission.
Advertising and affiliate links
The site may use Google AdSense or affiliate links to support publishing costs. Sponsored or affiliate relationships do not change the editorial goal: the guides should stay useful, original, and clear about safety limits.
Paid printable products
Paid postcard products are digital printable files only. No physical postcard is printed, shipped, addressed, stamped, or mailed by Snail Mail Kit. If a checkout page says manual delivery, access is handled after the Stripe payment is verified; keep your Stripe receipt email for support.
Custom printable postcard design covers one simple 6x4 postcard front and one revision unless the product page says otherwise. Do not submit copyrighted characters, trademarks, celebrity likenesses, private personal data, hateful content, explicit content, or requests you do not have rights to use.
If a paid digital order cannot be fulfilled as described, contact Snail Mail Kit with your Stripe receipt email. Refund and support requests are reviewed case by case before or during manual fulfillment.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to collect another person's private address without consent, send harassment, impersonate someone, scrape or republish the site at scale, or submit private personal information through feedback channels.
Contact and corrections
If a guide is unclear or a postal-safety note should be improved, use the contact page with the exact URL and a short explanation. Public source links are helpful when the correction involves postal rules or restrictions.
