Snail Mail Kit does not create user accounts, sell postage, or ask users to store postal addresses in the site. The planning tools run in the browser. Some tools may use browser storage for convenience, such as a local best score or temporary planning state, but that information stays on the visitor's device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
Payments and custom postcard requests
If paid postcard checkout is enabled, Stripe handles payment collection on its hosted checkout page. Snail Mail Kit may receive the Stripe payment record, customer email, purchased product, and any custom postcard brief fields entered during checkout so the digital printable can be fulfilled.
Do not put postal addresses, payment card details, passwords, official ID numbers, private personal data, or sensitive requests into a custom postcard brief. Stripe has its own privacy and security practices for payment information.
Contact form
The contact page uses an email link. If you send an email, the message, your email address, and any information you choose to include are handled by the email provider and used only to review corrections, topic ideas, and site feedback.
Analytics and advertising
Snail Mail Kit may use analytics and Google AdSense advertising to understand site usage and support the cost of publishing the site. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and user controls. These services are separate from the site's browser-only planning tools.
Postal addresses
Do not enter postal addresses into this site. Snail Mail Kit is for idea planning only and does not mail items for users.
What we do not collect
The site does not need pen pal addresses, private messages, payment card data, account passwords, official ID numbers, or sensitive personal details. If you are using a guide to plan mail for another person, keep their private information in your own address book, not in a browser form or feedback email.

Updates
This policy should be updated if the site adds a live form, newsletter, account features, automated fulfillment, customer uploads, or any tool that sends new kinds of information to a server.
